The $37 New Patient Voucher is a promotional offer intended for eligible new patients of Ohio Healthcare Partners LLC.
The promotional visit is intended to include a new-patient consultation, appropriate examination, discussion of findings, and a pain-relieving treatment session when clinically appropriate.
Treatment is never guaranteed simply because a voucher has been claimed. The treating provider must first determine that the proposed treatment is clinically appropriate for the individual patient.
Following evaluation, a healthcare provider may discuss examination findings and recommendations for additional care if additional treatment appears clinically appropriate.
Any additional treatment is separate from the $37 promotional visit. Patients are free to accept, decline, or seek another opinion regarding recommendations for future care.
Nothing contained on this promotional website constitutes a guarantee that treatment will produce a particular clinical result.
Appointment availability displayed through our scheduling system is subject to change. Submission of a voucher request does not itself guarantee a particular appointment time.
An appointment is considered scheduled after the requested time has been successfully booked through our scheduling system or otherwise confirmed by the office.
