Visit 1 — Consultation and focused examination. Discuss your concerns, receive a focused examination, and review the appropriate next steps with the doctor.
Visit 2 — Review of findings and initial care. Review your examination findings and recommendations, with initial care provided when clinically appropriate.
Offer exclusions: Injections, X-rays, and other diagnostic imaging are not included. Any recommended services outside the offer have separate charges.

New patients only. No cash value. The $37 offer covers two visits. Confirm included services and eligibility with the office. Treatment is provided only when clinically appropriate. Pay $37 in person at the office. Injections, X-rays, and other diagnostic imaging are not included. Care beyond the two offer visits is separate. Your appointment is reserved only after you complete the calendar booking. An adjustment may not be performed at the first visit. Muscle relaxation, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), and traction may be provided when clinically appropriate, based on examination findings. The doctor will determine whether further review or clearance is needed before an adjustment.
